How do I book a tour?

  • Booking a tour is easy! You can visit our website to check tour availability and make a reservation online. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance with booking or any questions you may have.

Are the tours suitable for solo riders or groups?

  • Our 1-Day Tour is welcome for both solo riders and groups up to 4 people. All our other tours require minimum 2 and up to 4 riders
    To ensure everyone enjoys a fantastic experience, . This helps cover our logistical expenses and guarantees a seamless adventure for all.

    This minimum rider requirement is simply to keep things economically viable, allowing us to maintain our high standards of service. Plus, having enough participants means we can ensure everything runs smoothly and you all have a blast!

Are the bikes damage-insured?

  • Basic aesthetic damage is covered. This includes scratches to all components of the bike and tire punctures. Parts that get damaged and have to be replaced will be charged at retail price +10% to cover delivery cost. We keep basic spare parts to quickly have your bike on the trail again in case of light damage. In case of severe damage we will provide a replacement bike.

What experience level do I need for your tours?

  • Our tours cater to riders of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced riders. We offer various routes tailored to different skill levels, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

What equipment do I need to bring?

  • You should bring your favorite gear to help prevent any injuries that could make you miss all the fun. Boots, knee guards, helmet, and goggles are mandatory.

  • If you'd like us to provide the gear please let us know a month in advance so we can arrange it for you. Please specify the size for each protection item you require. This service will be charged separately.

Are there age restrictions for participating in the tours?

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to operate our dirt bikes. However, passengers may be younger, with parental consent and appropriate safety gear.

What safety measures do you have in place?

  • Safety is our top priority. Our experienced guides conduct pre-tour safety briefings, and the previously mentioned protective gear is mandatory to help prevent injuries. Additionally, the EXC truck will always be taking a parallel route so it can be quickly available if needed.

  • If any sections of the routes seem too risky for you, we will always be willing to take over or skip that section(s).

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?

  • Gladly you chose a sport that can be practiced under bad weather, this may actually be more fun! We will provide rain coats in case of rain. Some sections of the trails may have to be skipped or swapped as they may become too challenging for some or all of us.

Are meals provided during the tour?

  • Yes! Breakfast would be provided at the hotel or the EXC village, Lunch will be on us and we make sure you have a memorable lunch that will make you want to come back for more. Hydration during the tours is also included.

Do I need insurance to participate in the tours?

  • We provide medical insurance. As this is an extreme sport it wouldn't hurt to have an additional insurance that can cover instances where our insurance is limited. Feel free to contact us if you require more information on this subject.
